Accessibility statement

This site practices what it audits

An accessibility lab's own website should be the proof. Here is exactly what this site does, how it is tested, and how to reach us if anything falls short for you.

Details

Conformance target

This website targets WCAG 2.2 level AA across every page, including the client portal and its forms. It is tested with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and keyboard-only navigation before every release, alongside automated axe-core scans.

How this site is built

  • Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, one h1 per page, and a logical heading hierarchy.
  • Readable and fully navigable without JavaScript. The only script anywhere is the Cloudflare spam check on form pages, and those forms still describe themselves to assistive technology while it loads.
  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and a skip link to main content.
  • Your reduced-motion preference is honored.
  • Text can be resized to 200 percent and the layout reflows at 400 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Color contrast throughout exceeds AA minimums; the homepage headline measures 15.9 to 1.
  • No accessibility overlay widgets, no third-party trackers, no autoplaying media.
  • Project timelines and records in the client portal carry full date and time information in plain language.

Known limitations

The spam check on our forms is a third-party component from Cloudflare. It is the most screen-reader-friendly option we have found, and every form page offers an email alternative that requires no JavaScript at all.

Alternate formats

Any content on this site is available in alternate formats on request: see the accessible formats page.

Feedback

If anything here does not work with your assistive technology, that is a bug we want to hear about, and we will fix it, not explain it away. Email support@webinclusionlab.com; reports get a human reply within two business days.
