Privacy policy

Privacy policy

The short version: we collect only what the work requires, we never sell or share it, there are no trackers on this site, and your files are deleted when the work no longer needs them.

Policy details

What we collect, and why

  • Client portal submissions: your name, email address, optional organization, project notes, a website address if you provide one, and any document you upload. Collected solely to perform and communicate about your project.
  • Contact form messages: your name, email address, optional organization and subject, and your message. Used only to reply to you.
  • Testimonial submissions: your name, optional role and organization, your testimonial text, and an optional email used only to verify authenticity. Published only after human review, and only the name, role, organization, and text.
  • Email we send: project confirmations, status updates, and file-ready notices to the address you gave us. No marketing lists, no newsletters you did not ask for.

What we do not do

  • No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind run on this site.
  • No cookies are set for visitors. The only cookie anywhere is a session cookie for the lab's own administrator sign-in.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your information or your documents with anyone, and we never use your documents for anything except your project.

The spam check

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser to decide whether you are human. This is the only third-party component on the site; its handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.

Where your data lives

Uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage; project records live in an encrypted database. Both are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States and are readable only by the lab. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention

  • Source documents and delivered files: deleted 12 months after the project is delivered, or immediately on your request.
  • Project records and correspondence: retained for bookkeeping and legal purposes for up to 7 years.
  • Testimonials: retained until you ask for removal.

Your rights

Email support@webinclusionlab.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Requests get a human reply within two business days, and deletion requests are honored except where a legal obligation requires retention.

Effective July 31, 2026. Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
