Refund policy
Refund policy
Our promise is simple: you pay for verified work. If what we delivered does not meet the standard we quoted, we fix it free, and if we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
Policy details
Fix first, refund if we fail
Every deliverable ships with its verification evidence. If a delivered document fails the agreed checks (veraPDF, the Acrobat accessibility checker, or completion by screen reader), or an audit deliverable does not cover the agreed scope, report it within 60 days of delivery. We re-do the work at no charge as a first resort. If we cannot bring the deliverable to the quoted standard, we refund the full price of that deliverable.
Cancellations
- Before work begins: full refund of anything paid, no questions asked.
- After work begins: you pay only for work completed to that point, itemized in writing; anything paid beyond that is refunded.
Rush orders
The 48-hour rush premium is a promise, not a hope. If we deliver after the rush deadline, the rush premium is removed from the invoice or refunded, and the standard price applies.
What is not refundable
Work that meets the quoted verification standard is not refundable because of factors outside the engagement, such as a change in your project's direction, though we are glad to quote follow-up work at the repeat-client rate. Third-party costs we incurred at your written request are billed at cost and are not refundable once spent.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by the method you paid with, within 10 business days of our written confirmation. To start any of the above, email support@webinclusionlab.com with your project number.
