Everything on this website, and every document we deliver, is available in the format that works for you. Asking costs nothing and requires no justification.

Formats we provide on request

  • Plain text of any page or deliverable, free of layout and styling.
  • Large print PDF, in the type size you specify.
  • Braille-ready file (BRF) for embossing or a refreshable braille display.
  • Tagged, screen-reader-verified PDF, which is our standard deliverable format already.
  • Audio recording of shorter content, read by a human.

How to request one

Email support@webinclusionlab.com and name the page or document and the format you need. Requests are answered within two business days, and there is no charge for alternate formats of our own content or of deliverables you have already paid for.

Why this page exists

Alternate-format access is usually an afterthought buried in a legal page, if it exists at all. We think it belongs in the main navigation of any organization that takes access seriously, starting with ours.
